A host of new hotels are coming to Philadelphia.

Visitors to Philadelphia will soon have an abundance of new choices when it comes to the hotels where they stay in the City of  Brotherly Love. Philadelphia’s hotel scene is booming, with lots of new players joining the picture. According to ETN, eTurbo News, Philadelphia hotel inventory is expected to increase by twenty percent. Here’s a rundown on some of the new hotels  coming to town.

Liberty Title and Trust Building to Become Aloft Hotel by Starwood (31 August 2017)

The Liberty Title and Trust Building dates back to 1929 and is a grand old example of great architecture. The building, which has 21 stories, appears on the list of Historic Places. The Aloft Hotel will have 179 rooms and great access to the city’s landmarks and nightlife.

Fairfield Inn and Suites Philadelphia Downtown Center City (December 2017)

The Fairfield Inn promises comfortable, modern guest rooms at great prices. Aimed at business and leisure travelers, this hotel will offer everything that guests could want: free Wi-Fi, a hot and cold continental breakfast, a swimming pool, and an exercise space for those who want to maintain their fitness regime on the road. The hotel will feature 121 rooms and plenty of business space for those coming into town for work.

Cambria Hotel & Suites Philadelphia Downtown (February 2018)

According to ETN, the start of next year will see the grand opening of “Choice Hotels’ Cambria Hotel & Suites Philadelphia Downtown, a 15-floor hotel with 223 modern and stylish rooms and eight suites.” With a prime location in the midst of Center City and within walking distance of the Convention Center, visitors would flock here even without the host of amenities: a premium restaurant, free Wi-Fi, an opulent pool, and the only rooftop bar on Broad Street.

Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia (2018)

The luxe Four Seasons will be situated on the topmost floors of the impressive new 60-story Comcast Innovation and Technology Center, which will be the tallest tower in Philadelphia. Guests will have spectacular views of the city and enjoy the finest of service. As per ETN: “With a sleek minimalist design, the 217-roomed hotel will house three high-tech meeting rooms and a pool framed by double-height windows.” The hotel will have 38 suites and at least two restaurants as well.

W and Element Hotels (2018)

These hotels offer something unique: two different hotels under one dual brand with the Starwood name. The 295-room W Philadelphia and 460-room Element Philadelphia Hotel will occupy a 51-story tower and share theming, which is derived from Philly’s history and the proximity of Fairmount Park.
