When we went to sell our first home, we really didn't know what we were doing. Frank L. DeFazio walked us through every step and helped us prepare our home for sale. He explained the market and talked through all the necessary decisions. He explained everything as well as help us figure out each offer that came in for the house and how to select the best one. We ended up selling our house MUCH faster than expected. Frank was connected with other realtors and buyers and knew how to make connections so we didn't even have to deal with an open house! (Which when you have small kids--keeping a house clean for showings is slightly a nightmare). Frank and his team were absolutely superb. They were patient with us and always available to talk or meet--any time of day. We moved out of state and had a local realtor where we were buying (otherwise we would have used Frank's team). But Frank's team was always fast and responsive with what we needed in order to make an offer on the house we were buying. Chuck Lindsay is the hardest working realtor in Philly, period! He will understand what you need in 15 minutes and will not waste your time showing stuff that is not a fit for you. He is very experienced in the local market, he knows neighborhoods in such a detail that you will be amazed. His responsiveness is at such a level that you'd think you are his only customer, that is why I felt bad that he would work very long hours to show us so many options. Before we started this process i was toying with going with red-fin in order to find a " cheaper" realtor. Boy, I'm glad I didn't. Matt Karlson is seriously incredible and level of service is seriously white glove. You get what you pay for and we got more than we could ever imagined. I might have sent Matt 5 e-mails a day for 3 months and he would respond in a matter of minutes. Matt was also able to think outside the box in so many situations when it came to appraisals, inspections etc. He has even answered questions for us after we moved in and all the deals are settled. Nicole Martino was so helpful in arranging our original appointments to see properties keeping to our available timeframe and providing excellent info about each property. Once we chose a property she made negotiations easy and arranged everything to follow from the inspection to the mortgage broker and even a contractor to refinish the floors at the best price of any we had spoken with. Nicole even made herself available so our visiting children could see the new place before we closed. Finally. although we urged her not to do so, she attended the closing in spite of the ongoing coronavirus concerns and made certain six foot social distancing was enforced while the paperwork was signed. I felt as if a family member was acting on our behalf throughout the process. If you need a realtor this is the professional you should choose.
