Marvel Heroes Bring Star Power to Wizard World Convention

For all the proud, self-proclaimed nerds out there, the Wizard World convention is a dream come true. Fanboys (and fangirls too!) get the chance to hobnob with cast members from some of their favorite movies and TV shows at Q-and-A panels and photo opportunities, and the stars get the chance to interact with their fans. It’s a good time for everyone involved.

Some of your favorite Avengers (and one beloved villain) will be coming to the Wizard World con.

Wizard World is coming to Philadelphia June 2-5 at the Philadelphia Convention Center. Wizard World is what Business Wire dubbed “producer of the largest comic con and pop culture convention series.” And they just blew the roof off fans’ excitement by announcing a brace of very special guest stars.

Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, and Tom Hiddleston will all appear at Wizard World. Fans of Marvel superhero movies know these gentlemen better as Captain America, Thor, and Loki. Evans and Hemsworth will appear for both weekend days of the convention, while Hiddleston will be there for Sunday only. John Macaluso, Wizard World CEO, called the trio “the greatest collection of Marvel stars in one convention setting.” Hemsworth and Evans have both appeared at Wizard World before, but this is Hiddleston’s first time. They join a star-powered lineup that includes Anthony Mackie, Hayley Atwell, Dominic Cooper, Stanley Tucci, Sebastian Stan, Frank Grillo, Michael J. Fox, David Duchovny, Stephen Amell, and Norman Reedus. Macaluso went on to state that, “this will be one show fans won’t want to miss.”

With it still being fairly early in the year, there’s always the possibility that Wizard World will add even more stars to its list of guests scheduled to appear!
