One food truck representative from Philadelphia, for example, will be The Cow and the Curd. Having already won an award at the Washington stop of the event, the food truck will be returning triumphant to the city from which it came. Owner Nathan Carter says that many folks on the East Coast don’t even know what a cheese curd is, but once they taste his – dipped in a beer batter and deep-fried – they are converts.

Taste of 3 Cities is being held at Infinity Live. Tickets start at $15 and include admission, music/entertainment, and a kids’ area. Children under 5 get in for free; children older than that get a kid’s meal and admission to the kids’ area for $8. Part of the proceeds from each ticket sold go to Philabundance. Pets are welcome at the event. No outside food or drink is allowed. Vendors will be available selling crafts and other goods. Beer, wine, and mixed drinks will be available for purchase.
