The home, located in the Fryman Canyon neighborhood of Studio City, is every bit as flashy as the entertainer, with a palette of “bold colors” and patterns. There are seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms in the home, which was a flip by a Kazakh heiress who purchased the home in July 2013 for $5.7 million. She turned around and listed the home for $7.787 in March of this year; Mars ended up sealing the deal for $6.5. Talk about sharp negotiation skills! The home sits on two acres (behind two gates), sports 9,000 square feet of living space, and is full of luxuriant upgrades. This is Mars’ second home. The singer also owns a $3.329 million estate on the famed Mulholland Drive.

Former teen movie queen Ashley Tisdale recently dropped the price of her home in Toluca Lake from $2,649,000 to $2,599,000. The adorable hacienda-style home sports 3,400 square feet, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Tisdale built the home herself after demolishing the old bungalow that was on the property, which she purchased for $1,305,000 in 2008. The home is airy and welcoming, surrounded by covered porches and with meticulous landscaping and a pool in the back. An open floor plan and a home theater are only two outstanding details of the home, which Tisdale had built with the help of her contractor father.

Actress Michelle Williams sold the home that she once owned with Heath Ledger – and she got 17% more than asking price on it! The home, located in the trendy Boerum Hill neighborhood of Brooklyn, ended up going for $8,800,000 – a big jump up from the listing price of $7,500,000. Public records show that the home was purchased by an LLC, implying that another famous person is the new proud owner. Interestingly, the home was formerly owned by actress “Little” Nell Campbell of The Rocky Horror Picture Show.
