Someone bust out the housewarming gifts: Justin Bieber has moved into a new home. The Beverly Hills abode is locally known as the “Salad Spinner” for its iconic glass-and-steel rotunda design. It’s almost all windows. Bieber will pay a whopping $59,000 per month to rent the home, in what TMZ says will be a short-term lease.

The “Baby” singer just moved into this interesting Beverly Hills home, but he won’t be staying long.

Renowned architect Ed Niles built the 6,000 square foot home, which features six bedrooms and seven bathrooms over two floors. There’s a seven-car garage (!), a large, glass-enclosed courtyard, and a beautiful infinity pool. There’s also an elevator, just in case that hike up to the second floor is getting you down.

The Salad Spinner was last sold this past March for $10.5 million by developer Raffi Cohen, who had it custom built for him in 2009.

It’s probably just as well that Bieber won’t be staying long in his new digs. The singer has a considerable history of antagonizing his neighbors: he threw eggs at his next door neighbor’s home in Calabasas (a home that he ultimately sold to Khloe Kardashian) and then aggrieved his fellow residents at the posh condo building he next inhabited, thanks to his constant partying and evidence of drug use. In between, he rented a large $29,000/month manse… and then proceeded to use it solely for partying. The Salad Spinner sits on half an acre, which will hopefully be large enough to keep Bieber from bothering those around him. Given Bieber’s real estate history, it’s unlikely that he will spend very long in his new abode anyway.
