Christina Ricci, also known as Wednesday Addams, finally sold the Hollywood Hills nest she’s had listed since January. The actress and new mom unloaded the chic Los Feliz bungalow for $1.37 million. That’s a 19% drop over the original asking price of $1.695 million, and a good bit less than she bought it for in 2005: $1.505 million.

With a great mix of classic bones and offbeat flair, Ricci’s former home is a beauty.

The abode is located in a highly-desirable neighborhood, and marries traditional features with contemporary style. It sports a traditional, gated entrance and a beautiful leaded glass picture window in the front. Both the living room and den boast fireplaces, and there’s a library/study for additional living space. Both bedrooms feature ensuite baths (the master bedrooms has an attached sitting room/dressing room), and ample sunlight pours in through French doors and skylights. The home sits on a quarter-acre lot, with beautiful gardens, a pool, and a covered porch out back – all in all, the grounds are pretty as a picture.

The casa, while very pretty, was a bit on the small side: a little over 1,800 square feet with just two bedrooms. It’s understandable that Ricci would want a bigger place, having acquired a husband and baby boy in the last year and a half. The actress tried her hand at landlording back in 2012, offering her place for $10,000 a month. Just two years later, however, she opted to put the home up for sale.

Stars really are just like us: sometimes they take a bath on their investments. Better luck to Ricci on her next real estate endeavor! We’ll be seeing her on TV next year playing the ax-wielding title role in “Lizzie Borden: The Fall River Chronicles,” as well as in the film “Mother’s Day.”
