!Juice!, the hip, Graduate Hospital, lounge and juice bar for people who want to see was short lived at 2241 Grays Ferry Ave and now the first floor commercial space in walking distance to both Toll Brother’s projects (Naval Square and 2400 South) is available for lease.  A large percentage of the foot traffic comes from University of Pennsylvania students, professors and employees walking home over South Street Bridge. Before Juice, the commercial space was formerly home to Betty’s Speakeasy, a Best of Philly café and bakery. The property is located on Gray’s Ferry between South Street and Bainbridge Street.  Neighborhood residents familiar with the location have expressed interest in having a community grocery store where they can pick up some quick, organic eats.  Stay tuned to see who pops up in the space next.
