Former NHL Hockey Team owner sells Main Line Estate for a reported $18M

Andrew Barroway, Managing Partner of Merion Investment Management and former co-owner of the Phoenix Coyotes hockey team, has sold the Estate at Maple Hill in Gladwyne, PA to an undisclosed buyer for a deal reportedly worth $18,000,000.

Maple Hill is the largest remaining single family residential property on the Main Line featuring a 20,000 square-foot main residence situated on a 32-acre property with its own ATV trail, stream, tennis court, and guest house. The residence took over four years to build, combining the historic Welsh Farmhouse architectural style of the Main Line with modern appointments including an indoor pool, professional gym, and movie theater.

Lavinia Smerconish of Compass Real Estate represented the seller, and Harrison Todd of Keller Williams represented the buyer.
