Last week Michael Klein reported via Philly.com that Dmitri’s restaurant in Fitler Square will close when the building housing the commercial space at 2227 Pine Street changes hands next month. Today commercial brokers CBRE | FAMECO distributed a flyer advertsing the very same commercial space as available for lease. It appears for now that unless the sale of the building falls through this really could be the end of Dmitri’s in Fitler Square.
