Here’s the latest Eshowings summary from Prudential Fox & Roach.

The total number of showings in Center City are right about where I’d expect them to be at this time of year.  It’s remarkable that over 77% of the all showings were of homes under $500,000 and nearly 39% of all showings were for homes under $299,999.
