7-Eleven Coming To 22nd and Market Across From Building Collapse Site

An unnamed but ultra reliable source just informed me that a brand new 7-Eleven is coming to the intersection of 22nd Street and Market Streets in Center City, Philadelphia. The southeast corner of 22nd and Market streets made headlines back in June when a building collapsed killing six people and injuring fourteen others. The 7-Eleven will go in directly across the street, on the southwest corner, and will replace the building that was formerly home to I. Brewster & Co., wholesale fine art dealers who have since moved to what was formerly the Please Touch Museum at 210 N 21st St in Logan Square. The new 7-Eleven will be in place an operation by the end of November 2013.
