Shark Week: Live! at the Adventure Aquarium
Shark Week has begun and it is in full effect at The Adventure Aquarium, which hosts the largest collection of sharks on the East Coast! Yesterday marked the beginning of the television event, Shark Week, presented every year by The Discovery Channel, which runs until Sunday, August 11th. The Aquarium offers guests access to all of its shark exhibits, including the new shark species, and full access to the Shark Shack, a special viewing area.
If you want to see a live dive show with two Great Hammerhead sharks, you can visit daily between 11:15 a.m. and 2:15 p.m.Today through Friday, you can watch divers swim with the sharks from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. at Shark Realm.
Every day one adventure seeking guest will get the opportunity to swim with more than 20 sharks for the Swim with the Sharks promotion.
If you plan on purchasing tickets at the box office upon arrival, make sure to wear shark-themed apparel or even dress up like a shark for a $5 discount off your ticket.
