Rory McIlroy, golf’s number 2 ranked player in the world (behind Tiger) mentioned early in the week that he considered heading into Center City to run the steps of the Philadelphia Museum of Art like Rocky Balboa. Then yesterday he actually did it.
Rory tweeted: “Can’t come to Philadelphia and not see the `Rocky’ steps!!” along with a photo with him sporting his Phillies cap. He also warmed up a little before his tee time at Merion Golf Club.
