L&I Inspector of Collapsed Philadelphia Building Commits Suicide
More tragedy for the Philadelphia Real Estate community…in yet another sad twist to story of the Philadelphia building collapse on Market Street it appears as if the Philadelphia Department of Licenses and Inspections employee who inspected the Market Street building prior to its collapsed last week in Center City was found dead last night of an apparent suicide. Police detectives say that 52-year-old Ronald Wagenhoffer was found dead from a gunshot wound to the chest at about 9 p.m. Wednesday evening. Wagenhoffer was a 16-year veteran of the Department of Licenses and Inspections. The much publicized building collapse killed 6 people
