Bubbas Texas BBQ, a Texas style BBQ Restaurant and Bar in Fishtown is open but will host its grand opening on Thursday, October 18, 2012. Owner, Steve Ehrenhalt, and head chef Robert “Bubba” Kolbasowski (pictured above) attribute the great taste of their BBQ to a custom smoker weighing in at 2,200 pounds and having eight smoking chambers.
