HiddenCity.com is reporting that Philadelphia Developer Eric Blumenfeld is close to acquiring Philadelphia landmark the Divine Lorraine. Blumenfeld apparently intends to acquire the note held by Amalgamated Bank at Sheriff’s sale. I recently blogged about Blumenfeld’s plan to renovate the Diving Lorraine and create some combination of charter schools, hotels, restaurants, and condominiums.
