Village Kitchen & Pizzeria Opens in Queen Village
Anyone walking around in Queen Village lately had to notice the newly designed exterior and signage at the intersection of 4th Street and Queen Street. The new restaurant, Village Kitchen & Pizzeria, is Queen Village’s latest pizza shop. PhillyEater reports that:
“The menu is very old school pizza take-out, with baked pasta classics, garlic breads, wings, and fries. The space has been completely renovated, and has big, bright windows, with lots of natural light. Don’t expect anything Earth-shattering coming out of those ovens, but the kitchen is completely new, and it looks like they invested some serious money in the equipment. “
I know at least a few Jefferson Medical School students who will be thrilled to have Village Kitchen & Pizzeria join the Queen Village neighborhood!
