Large Marge checked in today with news that the head chef and owner of Cochon, Gene Giuffi, plans to open Blue Belly BBQ on the corner of 6th and Catharine in Bella Vista this summer. Word on the street is that Blue Belly BBQ will have a casual atmosphere and a menu loaded with reasonably priced BBQ favorites. If the corner of 6th and Catharine looks familiar it’s probably because you may remember that the same property was home to Little Fish no too long ago.
