Bizarre New Listing In Art Museum Area
This bizzare new listing popped up on the Philadelphia MLS today. The property, formerly a laundromat, is located at 2231 Green Street on a great Art Museum block and is a one story building that adjoins a condominium and sits in them middle of a parking lot. After some digging I found out that the property is actually a limited common element of the condo association next door and that it doesn’t even have a tax id number. The building is zoned residential so hopefully someone will show up, add two stories and convert it into a residential home.
