More Luxury Homes Coming To Logan Square?
Fresh off the heels of Kings Court and Mode 7 it appears that Logan Square may soon be the recipient of 27 luxurious, new construction homes. Those of us in the Philadelphia real estate business before blogging was popular remember a project slated for the corner of 23rd and Cherry Street in Logan Square named Cherry West. The developers planned on converting the now existing parking lot into a community of 3 story town homes with parking and a central courtyard. Reservations were taken but ultimately the developers were forced to return deposits to the would be buyers when they were unable to pre-sell 8 homes, the number required for the project to move forward. Word on the street is that the owners of the parking lot have reached a verbal agreement with a local, prominent building of large, luxurious town homes who intends to build 27 large, luxurious homes. The homes will be 4000, 5000, and 6000 square feet, will all be four stories, and will include parking. I will keep you posted with updates as they come in.
