Art Museum – Friend and client of CenterCityTeam HOW Properties is transforming a former 10,000+ square feet seafood warehouse at 1424 Fairmount Avenue in the Art Museum Area into 30 apartments with first floor parking. When last I checked the demolition of the warehouse was complete and the remaining bricks and debris were being hauled away. I’ll keep you updated on the progress of this projected but based on my insider knowledge of the project and the developer’s track record it’s certain to be a great addition to the Philadelphia Real Estate community.
