Fishtown River Trail
The Delaware River Waterfront Corporation is starting work on a trail will run adjacent to Delaware Avenue and Penn Street, from the base of Spring Garden Street to Ellen Street thus connecting the Fishtown Neighborhood to the Delaware Waterfront. The RBA Group, an architecture firm with offices in Philadelphia and New York, was selected in October to handle the design and creation of the trail. Construction should begin in the first half of 2012 and will take less than 6 months.
