Passyunk Square Annual Home Tour

It seems like every neighborhood is doing this now.  This Saturday, November 5 from 12 noon to 4pm, the Passyunk Square Civic Association will host its annual Home Tour.  For the low low price of $20 you can walk the reinvigorated Passyunk Square neighborhood and enjoy the beautiful fall weather.

Tickets are available now for $20 each and are available at Passyunk Square Civic Association or at Benna’s located at 1236 South 8th Street, B2 located at 1500 E Passyunk Ave or at Columbus Square Recreation Center located at 1300 South 12th Street.   Tickets purchased on the day of the event will be $5 more expensive ($25 total)

For those of you new to Philly real estate, Passyunk Square is the neighborhood in South Philadelphia bounded by Broad Street to the west, 6th Street to the east, Tasker Street to the south and Washington Avenue to the north.  Passyunk Square neighborhood located just South of Bella Vista neighborhood and rapidly developing Hawthorne neighborhood.  The neighborhood is best known for the East Passyunk Avenue corridor which has some of South Philly’s best dining and shopping and of course for Geno’s and Pat’s cheesesteaks.
