Philadelphia Real Estate Blog – Central Delaware Maser PlanKellie Patrick Gates of Plan Philly reports that The Central Delaware Waterfront Master Plan was recently unanimously approved by the Delaware River Waterfront Corporation. The next stop for the plan is the Philadelphia City Planning Commission. The mast plan received rave reviews and will include extension of the street grid, creation of public space every half mile, linked by a waterfront trail, and mixed use development. Exciting news for the Philadelphia Real Estate community!
