Tonight marks the grand opening of Stephen Starr’s 19th restaurant in Philadelphia. Il Pitore will occupy the space that was formerly Noble between 20th and 21st on Sansom Street in Rittenhouse Square. The head chef is Chef Chris Painter and the restaurant will serve authentic, regional Italian cuisine. Perhaps most interestingly, Il Pitore will have a 200 bottle wine list!
