As pointed out by NakedPhilly, Isabel, a BYOB by the owners of the Thai restaurant Trio – Van Chau and Michael Poole- is coming soon to the bottom floor commercial space at 2601 Pennsylvania Avenue.

The space was previously used as a coffee and bagel shop.  Isabel will serve food with a Mexican-California twist and will have outdoor seating! This is sure to be a big hit with the current residents of 2601 and a selling point for future residents.
