Graduate Hospital Developer Filming Movies In Empty Homes
Philadelphia Real Estate Blog – Toll Brothers Naval SquareNew home sales are slow and homebuilder confidence is down, but Toll Brothers has found a way to keep its model homes busy– they are being used as a backdrop for a movie scheduled to come out next year, “The Brass Teapot”. According to a press release, Toll Brothers, Inc., the nation’s leading builder of luxury homes, is honored to have been selected by Atlantic Pictures as a location for their movie. The Brass Teapot is shooting at the spectacular Harding Country Manor model home in Toll Brothers at Four Corners this week and will be shooting at other Toll Brothers communities in Hopewell Junction next week.
The movie is based on the comic book series “The Brass Teapot” about mid-twenty year old couple who, in difficult economic times, finds a mysterious, magical brass teapot which makes them money but at a surprising price. After realizing the teapots powers, John and Alice must decide how far they will go to fulfill their dream.
The movie is directed by Ramaa Mosley, written by Tim Macy, and stars Juno Temple, Alia Shawkat and Michael Angarano
Toll Brothers is very active in the Philadelphia real estate community. Best known for their Naval Square development located at 24th and Bainbridge in the Graduate Hospital Neighborhood. The Toll Brothers website describes Naval Square as follows:

Toll Brothers next project is rumored to be at 2400 South Street where they propose to knock down the existing buildings and construct 122 units of townhomes and condos with parking.
