It’s Official! – Philadelphia 8th Best City For Bachelors

Great news for all of the young professional men out there looking for Philadelphia homes and condos – Philadelphia is the 8th Best City For bachelors.  I’m considering printing this article and taping it to my dashboard.   CNBC.com ranked the 10 Best Cities for bachelors and surprisingly (to me at least), Philadelphia ranks number 8.  The article says that Philadelphia makes the list because:

“both cultural charm and historic appeal… and oh yeah, a favorable ratio of single women to men!”

Yesterday Pat Burrell’s condo is listed for sale and now this.  I think the real estate Gods are trying to tell us something.  I’d be interested to hear what the single guys and girls out there have to say about this.  I’m going to Facebook this post and hope for some good comments.
