Philadelphia Real Estate Listings 6th Most Searched In U.S.

According to a Realtor.com study Philadelphia was the sixth most-searched real estate market in the United States in June.  A list of the top ten most searched real estate markets in the United States is below.

The report also evaluated home prices.  In terms of Philadelphia listings, the median listing price for homes for sale in June was $239,000.   The national median list price was $189,000- significantly less than Philadelphia listings.  As for the inventory in Philadelphia, the Realtor.com survey shows there were 26,369 homes for sale in the entire Philadelphia real estate market.
