This fall, Prudential Fox & Roach, REALTORS will launch a new version of its website designed to greatly enhance the user experience of searching for a home online in the Greater Philadelphia area. The redesigned site will include a host of new features and optimizations, including a lifestyle search function, up-to-date local market trends, advanced search and neighborhood mapping, and expanded video capabilities.
At PF&R, our goal is to make our online search smarter, faster and easier for home buyers and sellers to use. New features like our LIFESTYLE SEARCH capabilities will enable you to do just that. Soon, you will be able to narrow your home search based on personal preferences, such as proximity to schools, public transportation, cultural activities, transportation and amenities. The fun doesn’t stop there – depending on your desired location, you also have the ability to take a sneak peek at your new home (and neighbors) with enhanced mapping and street view capabilities. Powered by Google, the street view feature takes searching for a home to the next level, offering you multiple maps and street views for each property you search. Too busy to locate driving directions? Don’t worry – we have you covered! Visitors have the option on property detail pages under “local attractions” to type an address and see commute time through all forms of transportation.
