Pizza Brain Restaurant and Museum Coming To Fishtown
Pizza Brain owner Brian Dwyer hopes to open shop on the world’s first pizza restaurant and museum in Fishtown this month. What started as a Brian’s personal pizza collection has morphed into “the world’s largest collection of pizza-related items” according to the Guinness Book of World Records. As if being acknowledged by Guiness wasn’t enough, Brian and Pizza Brain were recently profiled by TIME magazine online for being the first pizza museum in America:
“By the end of the month, Dwyer and his associates plan to open Pizza Brain, a pizzeria and museum dedicated to the Italian-American foodstuff, which will house what the Guinness Book of World Records has named the largest collection of pizza memorabilia in the world.” (Time Magazine)
