Located in the heart of the Northern Liberties (Philadelphia), Duck Flats will be one of the Country’s first LEED Gold Certified multi-family projects. LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is a rating system developed by the USGBC (United States Green Building Council) to grade the eco-conscious construction of a building project.
