It’s been several long months of campaigning, but exciting news just came out: Philadelphia has made the shortlist of possible locations for Amazon’s HQ2 project, which will place a second North American headquarters sometime in the next two years. Twenty cities made the list out of the 283 that submitted proposals. Pennsylvania was actually quite lucky in the matter, as Pittsburgh made the cut as well.

Positioned strategically on the East Coast, close to Washington D.C., and sporting three potential building sites for the HQ campus, many believe that the City of Brotherly Love is a top contender.
