Clinton, shown here delivering an address in Atlantic City, will visit Philadelphia today.

Clinton will visit Scranton along with vice-president Joe Biden before stopping in Philadelphia. She will deliver the keynote address at the Bicentennial of the African Methodist Episcopal Church, to be held at the Philadelphia Convention Center with about 30,000 people in attendance.

The Philadelphia visit marks a turning point in Clinton’s campaign, one during which she is starting to lash out at her presumptive opponent, Republican Donald Trump. During a stop in Atlantic City, Clinton condemned Trump for his role in the decline of the oceanfront town, and warned that, given the presidency, he will wreak similar havoc on America. She gave her speech in front of the derelict Trump Tower, a hotel that has long since closed.

Pundits say that Clinton’s strategy is to undercut Trump’s credibility as a businessman, making him look bad on the one front where he claims to excel. NBC 10 News predicts that “she is expected to highlight “victims” of Trump’s business ventures, including contractors who went unpaid — echoing a strategy Democrats employed successfully against 2012 GOP nominee Mitt Romney.”

Clinton would not entertain questions about the scathing accusations of negligence leveled by her in the FBI’s official recommendation that she not be prosecuted for the brouhaha over her private e-mail server. Reporters shouted questions, but Clinton ignored them. She greeted striking workers at the Trump Taj Mahal, another property formerly owned by her opponent.
