Alyssa Milano, actress, has listed her condo in West Hollywood. Milano, who currently stars in the TV series “Mistresses” as Savannah Davis, has owned the home herself for only a year or two. With a price tag of $1,399,000, this unit at the Empire West is fit for a celebrity.
The condo is a corner unit with 2,252 square feet of living space and two bedrooms plus three bathrooms. It was built in the 1960s, and has been fully renovated. It features a big walk-out balcony with privacy shades for lounging in peace and quiet. The floor plan is open and airy, and the interior features crown molding and parquet floors. There are quartz countertops and gourmet-grade appliances in the kitchen, and marble baths in the bathrooms. The building has an HOA, the fees for which are $1,982/month. In exchange, residents get a concierge, valet parking, and a rooftop club room and pool. There is also round-the-clock security. The city views from the building are said to be extraordinary.
Records show that the condo was bought by Alyssa’s father, sound editor Thomas Milano, in 2005. It was transferred into Alyssa’s name in 2013. It’s hard to say for certain whether Alyssa lived in the home before then, as celebrities sometimes have home purchases listed in family members’ names for privacy reasons. No word on whether this was one of those situations.
Milano rose to fame playing daughter Samantha on Tony Danza’s iconic series “Who’s the Boss?” in the mid-1980s, starting when she was 11 years old. She reappeared on TV in the late 90s playing Phoebe, one of a trio of witch sisters, on “Charmed.” Milano has been married to CAA agent David Bugliari since 2009, and the couple have two small children. Undoubtedly Milano’s next home will be a bit roomier and appropriate for a growing family!
