Stratus Rooftop Lounge’s Halloween Prom Party: Celebrate Halloween with a throwback prom party at Hotel Monaco’s Stratus Lounge from 6 p.m. to midnight. Be sure to have on your best prom dress or tuxedo to groove to ’80s and ’90s music and sip on signature cocktails.
