If you are looking for some great spots to trick-or-treat with kids, head to Rittenhouse Row where member businesses will be participating in all day long trick-or-treating Halloween day. In the evening, take a stroll down Delancey Street from 17th to 22nd for some candy and to take in the beautiful tree lined streets. Most Center City shops on Walnut and Chestnut Street from Broad to 18th Street will be giving out candy during business hours. The Bellevue Food Court at Broad and Walnut Street will also be featuring affordable kid-friendly lunch specials all day on Halloween.
The Italian Market area ( 9th and Christian St) will be giving out candy during the day, and kids in costumes can check out the pumpkin patch at the Visitor Center.
For friendly trick-or- treating head to Queen Village for its’ 9th Annual Toddler Halloween Party in Mario Lanza Park beginning at 4:30pm.
Fairmount will have tons of frightful activities all over the neighborhood, including the Eastern State Penitentiary that will be open all day on Halloween for kids and adults that want to scared out of their pants!
