Dranoff Proposes One Riverside Park For Fitler Square

The Philadelphia real estate community has been abuzz lately over real estate developer Carl Dranoff and his proposed apartment complex in Fitler Square named One Riverside Park.  The proposed project, by Cecil Baker + Partners, will feature 167 apartments, 21 stories, 86 parking spaces, and retail space that is rumored to be the future home to a cafe.  Plans call for the building to be constructed on the parking lot located to the north of the Fitler Square community garden and east of the Schuylkill RiverTrail. Neighbors have voiced some opposition to the project at neighborhood meeting and Ingra Saffron, predictably, has a list of suggested improvements that will make the project better (at least in her mind).
