More Philadelphia AVI Updates

Now that AVI dust is settling, the mass hysteria is dying down as owners of Philadelphia Real Estate realize that some people’s taxes have gone up, while others have gone down.  Property owners also are beginning to recognize that 1) a millage rate still must be determined and 2) City Council has all of 2013 to remedy inequities caused by the implementation of the AVI.  The intention, by all accounts, is for the AVI to be revenue neutral in 2014.
