Just got this gem below from one of the admins at PFR. I absolutely LOVE the description!
OPEN HOUSE THIEF ALERT!!
Be on the lookout at your open houses for:
1) a white female, early 20’s, medium height and build, dark hair, thick features.
2) using a story that her parents are investors who own multiple properties and that she scouts home for them in advance of them coming down to visit (she is chatty and uses slightly different versions of a plausible story. She is familiar with Philly neighborhoods and streets, so she sounds authentic.)
It was the same thief who came into both houses.
She used the same story; that her parents were investors who own lots of properties, and that they send her out to look to see if it is worth them coming to see.
