Temple University Mixed Use Project At 18th and Cecil B. Moore
Friend of the Center City Team and local developer/real estate agent Todd Joseph is currently working on completing a large scale mixed use project on the corner of 18th Street and Cecil B. Moore Street near Temple University. Todd is building a total of 8 new construction buildings with 20 apartments for students and first floor commercial space. There will be a grand total of 68 beds for students. Todd first called about the lot when we had it listed in 2010 and subsequently was able to work out a deal directly with the owners of the Gethsemane Baptist Church which had practically fallen down on the existing lot. Todd plans on having the units ready for occupancy by summer.
