Bella Vista – Previously I mentioned how the famed Bella Vista mural was involved in a fight for it’s life. The mural in question, Autumn, by local artist David Guinn is partially covered and soon to be completely covered in order for the developer to produce a 3 story corner property with 2 car parking, roof deck and about 3000 sq.ft. Once the developer obtained the zoning variance they needed, the fate of mural located at 631 South 9th Street was all but sealed. Drive by and catch a final glimpse in the next few days while you still can.
