Esquire Magazine Honors Top Philadelphians
Rittenhouse Square – The December Issue of Esquire Magazine has a segment that names the “Top 20 Americans of the Year” and surprisingly only two Philadelphians are on the list: Mayor Michael Nutter and Todd Carmichael, of La Colombe fame. Mayor Nutter is honored for his honesty, proactive responsiveness, tough decision making and the positive change he has effected in 2011. Todd Carmichael is recognized not only for his fabulous coffee but also for his charitable donations. My favorite location is the one attached to the Residences at the Ritz-Carlton, located at 1414 South Penn Square, in Rittenhouse Square. I can personally attest that there’s nothing better than a little La Colombe before meeting a client to check out some Rittenhouse Square Condos or when looking for a Rittenhouse Square Apartment.
