Philadelphia Housing Authority Orders 2nd Auction

Fresh off the heels of an enormously successful first auction, The Philadelphia Housing Authority has ordered a second auction where “100 Philadelphia Properties For Individuals” will be sold.  The types of properties include “lots, large 3 story town homes and brick homes ready for renovation” according to the Max Spann website.  The neighborhoods include Temple University area, Graduate Hospital, Fairmount, Spring Garden, University City, West Philadelphia, Powelton Village, and the Art Museum Area.

The PHA auction information session will take place on Thursday, December 1st 1-3 PM at the First District Plaza located at 3801 Market Street, Philadelphia PA 19104.  A list of available properties will be available shortly.

The 2nd PHA auction will take place on Wednesday, December 7, 2011 at 1 PM at the First District Plaza located at 3801 Market Street, Philadelphia PA 19104.
