Michael Solomonov, head chef at Zahav, is profiled in the December issue of Bon Appetit magazine for his unique Hanukkah recipes. According to the magazine, “Chef Michael Solomonov of the restaurant Zahav, in Philadelphia, melds his Israeli heritage with a modern palate to create this inspired holiday menu”
