Developer Breaking Ground at 2100 Chestnut Street In September

The John Buck Company plans to break ground in September on a $60 million, 34-story Rittenhouse Square skyscraper rental building with parking and shops on the bottom floor.  Naturally the plans have been met with criticism by the Philadelphia real estate commentators.  Based on the images I’ve seen it looks like a really cool, modern building that will fit in perfectly with the Murano and the Ritz Carlton
